Strategy + Content Creation
Brittin Builders are well established as one of the leading builders of high-end and heritage homes in Hawke’s Bay. But as part of a rebrand, they wanted to ensure their digital marketing and content matched the quality of their work in the real world. Knowing all about the importance of a good foundation, they started with a strategy session to drill down into the ‘why’ of their business - not just building beautiful homes but what motivates them to do this and what fundamental values drive their business and make it unique.
From this emerged five talking points for brand engagement, including a family-centric approach to business and client relationships - something they wanted the imagery and copy to strongly reflect. These informed a full-day content creation session to produce a chunky photography library showcasing their work but also their team in the workshop, on-site and engaging with their clients. All images were delivered with matching captions created from interviews gathered in an easy, seamless way with staff and clients during the photography session.
The Brittin Builders team deployed these photos and captions themselves across their social media platforms and continues to engage Natter when they need new professional content to weave in with what they create themselves.
As well as social media content creation, Natter helped with a website refresh (layout, visuals and copywriting) which was a process made easy for everyone given our strong relationship and knowledge of the business and its values.
